This 38 acre tract is where OVGC has built its new corporate office building (light blue box). The lots (yellow section) that front on Indiana State Road 32 are designed for a motel and a restaurant. A walking-running track circles this acreage and a part of the YMCA property to the East. City utilities are at every lot. The acreage is zoned for commercial use, and we have named it "Energy Park".
