Winchester is the county seat of Randolph County. It is at the crossroads of U.S. Highway 27 and State Road 32. On US 27 it is 22 miles North of Interstate Highway 70. Winchester is known for the glass bottle industry and the Winchester Speedway (fastest half mile). Union City is known for the "Step Van" made at the Union City Body Company. Additionally, in Randolph County, are the towns of Lynn, Ridgeville, Saratoga. In Wayne County is the town of Fountain City. In Darke County, Ohio is the town of Union City.
